California's Local Technical Assistance Program

CALTAP helps California's local transportation agencies strengthen their workforce, improve project delivery, and stay current with evolving industry practices. Through training, technical assistance, and knowledge sharing, we connect professionals with the resources and support they need to succeed.

As part of our commitment to expanding training opportunities for local agency partners, we recently launched an On-Demand Training Catalog. This library includes 300+ self-paced virtual courses available anytime, giving you flexible access to training whenever and wherever it works best.
