Getting Your Federal-Aid Project Started

This first course in the popular federal aid series introduces all the different facets of the federal aid process needed for the successful delivery of federal aid projects. 

This eight-hour course provides an overview of key requirements and responsibilities to be carried out by local agencies using federal funds for project delivery, including funding, programming, authorizations and reimbursement.

  • Registration Information

      Register for the next class session by clicking the "REGISTER AT HOST SITE" button to the right and completing the online prompts. A confirmation email with calendar invite will acknowledge receipt of your registration. Accept the calendar invite to "save the date" for this event in your schedule as a reminder.

      A separate email will be sent to all registered students approximately 1-2 days prior to the start of class. This will contain any attendance instructions and a unique Zoom login, which you will use to join the online class event.

      Cancellation Policy:

      If you register for this class but are unable to attend, you must notify us at least ten (10) days prior to the first day of class to receive a refund (less a $25 processing fee). Cancellations received after that may not be honored. Please submit your cancellation request to admin@caltap.org.
