$120M ATTAIN Grant Program NOFO

The USDOT announced the release of its $120M, 2-year (FY2023-24) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s (BIL) Advanced Transportation Technology & Innovation (ATTAIN) grant program. 

USDOT is hosting a free webinar on the ATTAIN program and how to apply

ATTAIN competitive grants help to deploy, install, and operate advanced transportation technologies to improve safety, mobility, efficiency, system performance, intermodal connectivity, and infrastructure return on investment.

ATTAIN Funding Supports

  • Advanced transportation technologies to improve emergency evacuation/response
  • Integrated corridor management systems
  • Advanced parking reservation or variable pricing systems
  • Technology that enhances HOV toll lanes or congestion pricing

Eligible ATTAIN Applicants

  • State or Local Governments
  • Transit Agencies
  • Metropolitan Planning Organizations
  • Other Political Subdivisions of a State/Local Government

Applications must be submitted via grants.gov by February 2, 2024!

Bipartisan Infrastructure Law

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) is the largest long-term investment in our infrastructure and economy in our Nation’s history.

BIL provides over $550B in new federal investment across FY 2022 – 2026 for transportation infrastructure, including in roads, bridges, as well as mass transit, water infrastructure, and broadband.
