The Division of Local Assistance (DLA) DBE training will focus on the DBE goal setting methodology, the requirements of Good Faith Efforts, the 49 Code of Federal Regulations Title 26, DLA DBE procedures, and DLA DBE forms.

The training will help Local Agencies, Caltrans District Local Assistance staff to better understand the DBE procedures and to comply DBE regulations.

  Cancellation Policy:

  If you are unable to attend a training for which you have registered, you must notify us at least five (5) working days before the training is scheduled to begin. The College of Continuing Education will refund any registration fee paid by the participant less a $25 processing fee. If the cancellation occurs within five (5) working days of the training, no refund will be issued.
