State DOTs are facing accelerating workforce turnover, growing complexity, and persistent resource constraints, making knowledge management essential to preserving institutional knowledge and strengthening organizational performance.

The webinar, hosted by the Transportation Research Board (TRB), will also highlight strategies for knowledge retention, collaboration, and decision-making, including communities of practice, knowledge capture, and expertise sharing.
