Join the Arkansas Local Technical Assistance Program (ARLTAP) for this 2-hour training on "Pavement Design for Local Agencies". 

This webinar explores considerations for determining necessary pavement thickness for applications in a local setting. The primary concepts of Equivalent Single Axle Loads, truck factors, growth factors, subgrade resilient modulus, and structural number are explored so pavements can be designed with the thickness to support traffic for years to come.
