Key highlights on regulations, policies, and program funding for the transportation professional
The California Pavement Preservation Center (CP2C) is pleased to announce a certificate program in pavement preservation, via the Pavement Preservation Academy. The purpose of the program is to help state and local agencies improve the design and construction of pavement preservation treatments.
The program is part of the Senate Bill 1 (SB-1) and funded through the California State University (CSU) Transportation Consortium headed up by Mineta Transportation Institute (MTI) at San Jose State University.

The California Pavement Preservation Center (CP2C) was established by Caltrans at California State University, Chico in 2006 provide pavement preservation services to public agencies and industry.
Services include educational programs in pavement preservation, training and staff development opportunities, and managing/conducting research and outreach assistance.
