This training addresses these critical components, helping participants develop a systematic approach to construction management that reduces risks and improves project outcomes.
The training covers essential topics including common project delivery methods, the relationships among owners, contractors, and engineers on public works projects, contract-required documentation, effective communication strategies with contractors and stakeholders, methods for selecting construction contractors, and the function of quality assurance programs. By applying this knowledge, participants can enhance their ability to manage complex construction projects successfully.
