WEBINAR: February 12, 2026, 8:30AM - 9:30AM PT
The Nevada LTAP's Tailgate Talks — a relaxed, interactive forum for transportation and public works professional, brings us a session on Equipment Safety & Maintenance, so participants can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with colleagues in a virtual setting. This session emphasizes the importance of routine maintenance and safety in supporting both equipment performance and roadway safety.
Through this Tailgate Talk, participants can explore foundational maintenance practices, daily safety procedures, and practical checklists designed to foster a culture of safety at worksites. The session also highlights methods for supervisors and operators to ensure equipment is used efficiently, safely, and in compliance with best practices. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to improve agency safety and performance while strengthening collaboration across teams.
