The Arizona Association of County Engineers (AACE), the AZ state affiliate of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE), is hosting this year's Western Region Conference from June 10–12, 2026, at the Aquarius Conference Center in Laughlin, NV.

This conference will showcase dynamic programming that highlights the latest regional trends and projects, with a focus on the areas of Safety, Engineering Resilience, Navigating Change, and New Technologies.

Who is NACE?

The National Association of County Engineers is a nonprofit, nonpartisan professional association whose nearly 3,000 members represent county engineers, road managers, and related professionals in the U.S. and Canada. 

NACE advocates the importance of funding county-owned assets like local roads and bridges, while sharing the latest innovations in engineering technology, beset practices, management systems, and software.

Who is AACE?

The Arizona Association of County Engineers is a NACE affiliate working to advance Public Works engineering and management by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information to improve the County Engineering profession and its service to the public.
