The Ohio LTAP is hosting a free three-part series on Reducing Roadway Departure Crashes.
Roadway Departures have been identified as the top cause of traffic fatalities in the US. When a vehicle leaves the travel lane or the roadway, the results can be deadly: more than half of the annual fatal crashes in the U.S. relate to roadway departures.
This webinar series provides a current overview of various safety treatments and countermeasures that can be used to help reduce the frequency and severity of roadway departure crashes.
