The California LTAP (CALTAP) is excited to announce the launch of its new Leadership Academy, presented virtually in collaboration with Access Human Potential

This Academy consists of three 2-hour workshops designed to maximize student engagement by providing a blended learning experience of teaching, small group discussions, and case studies, with a focus on practical applications and real-world situations professionals face every day.

Workshop #1: Fundamentals of Leadership (12/4, 2025)

Strong leadership is the foundation of high-performing teams and thriving organizations. This workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of leadership, equipping them with the mindset and tools to influence with clarity, build trust, and take action that inspires others.

Workshop #2: Fundamentals of Effective Communication (12/11, 2025)

Learn to write clear, professional emails, speak up with confidence in meetings, and listen effectively to teammates, supervisors, and customers. Explore simple frameworks for giving feedback that is both direct and respectful to build clarity, trust, and accountability at work.

Workshop #3: Fundamentals of Project Management (12/18, 2025)

From launching new initiatives to improving day-to-day operations, successful projects require planning, coordination, and follow-through. This session introduces the basics of project management. in a way that is straightforward, practical, and easy to apply.

With a strategic focus on psychology, breathwork, and mindfulness, her goal is to help create an environment that allows individuals and teams to perform at their highest potential.
