Government agencies need to communicate effectively to keep the public in the loop and show them how awesome your work with leaders and lawmakers is. But do you have a plan for your communication? Is it focused, consistent, and actually working? If not, a simple strategic communication plan can do wonders to fix it.

This includes the four crucial questions you’ll need to answer to plan for effective communications activities, as well as the tools and practices you can use to carry that plan out with your current team.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of your current communication plans
  • Identify your audience and your goals
  • Implement a plan based on trusted tools and proven practices
  • Measure the success of your new plan and learn how to adapt
