The University of California Pavement Research Center (UCPRC) is hosting a free webinar to showcase how Caltrans, UC Davis, and UC Berkeley are advancing safe and sustainable roads through asphalt mixes that incorporate Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) and Recycled Asphalt Shingles (RAS).
