Survey: ATP Non-Infrastructure Guidance
The Active Transportation Resource Center (ATRC) is seeking feedback on the current Non-Infrastructure Guidance, to be updated for use in Cycle 8 of the Active Transportation Program (ATP).
Non-Infrastructure (NI) Guidance is provided to assist agencies in understanding eligible and ineligible non-infrastructure expenditures under ATP. NI Guidance is used in scoping ATP NI projects for ATP applications, developing workplans (25-R), and for reference throughout implementation of the project.
All ATP NI projects are expected to follow the latest NI Guidance. If the implementing agency believes that meeting the new Guidance is not feasible, they can submit a request to Caltrans to follow Guidance that was in place at the time their project was selected.
