The Active Transportation Resource Center (ATRC) is hosting a free webinar to explore how greening strategies in active transportation projects can help build climate resiliency.
Green infrastructure, like tree planting and landscape design, can do more than beautify a street. It can cool neighborhoods, improve air quality, support mental and physical health, and help communities adapt to climate change.
Learn how to collaborate with the California Conservation Corps to install green amenities and hear the inspiration behind a San Joaquin Valley community that is incorporating green infrastructure into its design.

The Active Transportation Resource Center provides technical assistance, training, and resources to support the development and implementation of active transportation projects, particularly those funded by the Caltrans Active Transportation Program (ATP).
ATRC helps ATP applicants, recipients, and others to increase safe walking and bicycling for all Californians and work towards our state’s mobility, safety, equity, environmental and health goals.
