Winter Maintenance Operator Certificate
TRAINING: November 4, 2025 - November 5, 2025 , 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PT
The American Public Works Association (APWA) is offering a four-hour certificate program targeted towards those staff in the trucks performing winter operations, including operators, crew leaders, and foremen. This training focuses on snow and ice control materials and how they work, equipment, and operations.
Course Topics Include:
- Basics of winter operations & essential winter operations for operators
- Common winter materials and how they work
- Different winter equipment & its upkeep
- Benefits of enhanced communication between fleet personnel & operators
This course is eligible for 0.4 CEU credits upon completion.
