What is the LSA Program?

The CDFW Lake & Streambed Alteration (LSA) Program is designed to review proposed development projects and activites that may impact California's natural bodies of water.

This program aims to protect fish and wildlife by requiring an LSA agreement when a project may adversely affect these resources.
