This two-day live online course is designed to teach local public agency staff prevailing wage requirements and how to apply these skills in practice, including reviewing and confirming certified payroll records and on-site documentation.
Through hands-on exercises and instructional aides, attendees will learn how to comply with the Davis-Bacon and related acts, Code of Federal Regulations, California Labor Code, and California Code of Regulations while implementing all public works contracts.
