WEBINAR: November 12, 2026, 8:00AM - 9:15AM PT

This free webinar discusses how prehospital blood, or blood delivered at the scene of a traffic crash, has the potential to save the lives of people who would not survive the trip to the hospital without it.

This webinar is part of the TZD Traffic Safety Hotdish, an ongoing series of free virtual webinars hosted by Minnesota's TZD program.

Presenters:

  • Katy Kressin, West Central Minnesota Program Coordinator, TZD

Toward Zero Deaths

Minnesota's Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) initiative is the state’s cornerstone traffic safety program that employs an interdisciplinary approach to reducing traffic crashes, injuries, and deaths on Minnesota roads.

TZD is a collaborative effort involving multiple agencies and stakeholders, including the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, MnDOT, and FHWA, that focuses on creating a culture where traffic fatalities and serious injuries are no longer acceptable.
