Key highlights on regulations, policies, and program funding for the transportation professional
WEBINAR: October 28, 2026, 10:00AM - 11:00AM PT
This webinar explores the many roles sidewalks play in our communities, the conflicts that can arise over their use, and the legal and regulatory systems that shape how they are managed. Presenters will discuss how cities, towns, and residents might rethink their approach to these important public spaces.
In addition, presenters will offer a local perspective, reflecting on these issues through their work with parklets, street cafes, walking and rolling, and other public realm initiatives in Minneapolis.
The webinar will conclude with a moderated discussion and audience Q&A.
