Key highlights on regulations, policies, and program funding for the transportation professional
WEBINAR: October 8, 2026, 10:00AM - 11:30AM PT
Monitoring & Reporting on Performance of Traffic Management Systems is a free webinar that highlights key performance indicators that can be used to monitor, evaluate, and report on Traffic Management Systems (TMS) performance.
Performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting is an essential task for TMS as they help determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the system. In order to provide useful performance information, it is important to define the subsystems, functions, actions, and services of a TMS that need to be monitored, evaluated and reported on. In addition, it is important to specify the scope of the TMS performance monitoring and reporting.
These may include:
Presenters will identify challenges or issues associated with developing a successful performance measurement program; identifying, collecting, processing, and archiving required data needed for performance monitoring and reporting; developing insightful and understandable TMS performance indicators; and other technical/institutional challenges regarding TMS performance monitoring and reporting.
The National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE) offers a suite of resources to serve the Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO) community.
The Center offers an array of technical services such as webinars and peer exchange workshops, case studies, best practice reports, and on-call assistance.
