The Caltrans DLA’s Office of Environmental Compliance (ECO) is excited to introduce a new and improved Pilot Preliminary Environmental Study (PES, LAPM 6-A) form.
This updated version includes enhanced capabilities such as smart logic and streamlined inputs for environmental scoping designed to simplify environmental documentation and improve project clarity.
